>Fellowships - International Center for Research on Women (ICRW)
Initiated in 1983, ICRW's Fellows Program gives development
researchers and practitioners from developing countries the
opportunity to spend time in Washington, DC, at ICRW, where they gain
policy and project perspectives on the gender dimensions of
development. Fellows are selected through a competitive process
conducted in target countries, and unsolicited applications are not
considered. Supported by the Ford Foundation, the recent program's
participants have included Fellows from China, Egypt, Kenya,
Palestine, Tanzania, and Uganda.
